Founded in 2013 by a team with over 30 years of experience in Singapore’s Hajj, Umrah, and global travel industry, AQ Travel & Tours was built with a vision to provide seamless and comfortable travel experiences for every traveller and Jemaah.

We understand that every journey is important, especially when it involves spiritual fulfilment and cherished moments with loved ones. That is why we carefully manage every aspect of the journey, from planning and logistics to on-ground support, allowing you to focus fully on the experience ahead with peace of mind. AQ Travel & Tours was established in 2013 by our late founder, Hj Mohamed Roslan Bin Jaafar, who brought decades of experience in the travel and tourism industry. Prior to founding AQ, AlMarhum contributed to established travel companies and also served as the Honorary General Secretary of the Association of Muslim Travel Agents.

With a strong passion for serving the Muslim community, AQ was built with the vision of providing quality Umrah pilgrimages and meaningful Muslim friendly travel experiences rooted in trust, sincerity and genuine care.

Since AlMarhum’s passing in 2018, AQ Travel & Tours continues his legacy under the leadership of Hjh Nur-Riny Ashmooni with the guidance of Hjh Fawziah Mukhtar, continuing the company’s commitment to serving every traveller wholeheartedly.

I engaged AQ to personalised umrah package for my family of 9 and they managed to plan and organised our itinerary well. Although there were some hiccups along the way in regards to the flight timing, they offered to help to give alternatives and let us choose our preferred timings. I like that they are not too stringent in some aspects of their package whereby they have us options for our accommodation and try to help us secure the place. Our mutawif, Ustaz Nasir, was very clear and in his tazkirah when we make our visits to the sites. He was patient and in fact went out of his way to help with logistics along the way. Riny and her staffs were very prompt and patient in their replies regarding our enquiries. Lastly, Hajjah Fauziah even welcomed us when we reached back in Singapore to ensure we were all safe. It’s a great pleasure to have AW to be our agents for our family umrah and I will definitely recommend them. Good job to the team!
